Wien BD Terms and Conditions – Applicable to All Members

1 General Terms

Wien BD (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and casino gaming service. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Wien BD and its users.

To use the Wien BD platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• Online betting is not legally prohibited in your place of residence
• You hold a valid government-issued ID in your own name
• You are accepting these Terms voluntarily and with full awareness
• You are opening an account for yourself, not on behalf of or as a representative of another person

2 Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on Wien BD, you must complete the registration form with accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Each person may register only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

After registration, Wien BD may request the following documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (where applicable)

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until this verification process is complete. This is done entirely for your protection.

3 Betting Rules

Please make sure you fully understand the following rules before placing a bet on Wien BD. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — so bet carefully.

• Minimum bet amount per wager: ৳10
• Maximum bet amounts are determined by account type and event
• Odds in live betting may change at any time
• Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled
• Wien BD reserves the right to void any bets accepted due to a technical error.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited

Odds are set entirely through an automated process and adjust according to market conditions. Wien BD always strives to offer fair odds. We reserve the right to correct any odds that are published in error.

For parlay or combo bets, if the outcome of one match remains uncertain, the entire bet may be suspended until the result is confirmed and settlement can be completed.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Wien BD supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods. Specific rules apply for both deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes
• You must only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours
• Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wien BD regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are stated in the offer details. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once
• A specified wagering amount must be completed before withdrawing bonus balance (typically 10x–30x)
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have odds of at least 1.50
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted
• Bonus offers must be used within the specified time frame
• Proven bonus abuse may result in account termination

Wien BD reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform.

6 Prohibited Activities

All Wien BD users must strictly refrain from the activities listed below. Violating these rules will result in immediate account termination.

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members

If suspicious activity is detected, Wien BD may launch an investigation and temporarily suspend the relevant account at any time.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Wien BD reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Upon proven violation of the Terms and Conditions
• Registering with a fake identity or false information
• Upon participating in prohibited activities
• If age verification fails
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Users may close their account at any time. Any valid balance will be returned, but bonus balance will be forfeited.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Wien BD takes your personal information very seriously. We use your data solely for service delivery, identity verification, and meeting our legal obligations.

• Your information is never sold to third parties
• All data is secured with SSL encryption
• Information may be shared with authorities when required by law
• You may request to view or delete your data at any time
